Community Book Center (CBC) is located at 2523 Bayou Road on the historical Bayou Corridor. CBC has served as a literary and cultural hub since 1983. "More than a book store", we offer African Centered books by and about people of African decent. A meeting place for local groups, organizations and book clubs, CBC is a popular gathering place where folks come together to discuss current events.
